artcontainers

The transport of the exhibition from South Tyrol to Venice tooke place via an exceptional means: an “artcontainer” created by artist Wil-ma Kammerer on commission from Niederstätter. The work, entitled I WISH YOU… consists of a stack of black containers, decorated with motifs of white clouds and dots, symbols of the transformative process from the indeterminate to the concrete. This poetic imagery also runs through the entire visual communication associated with the exhibition. The artcontainer project arose from the collaboration between Niederstätter and contemporary artists with the aim of creating art projects for modular buildings, intended for both public and private use. The installation I WISH YOU… by Wil-ma Kammerer will be exhibited in the Thetis space in the Arsenale for the duration of the Venice Biennale Architettura 2025.
Il trasporto della mostra dall’Alto Adige a Venezia è avvenuto tramite un mezzo d’eccezione: un “artcontainer” realizzato dall’artista Wil-ma Kammerer su commissione di Niederstätter. L’opera, intitolata I WISH YOU… è composta da container neri impilati, decorati con motivi di nuvole bianche e punti, simboli del passaggio dall’indeterminato al concreto. Questo immaginario poetico è anche il filo conduttore dell’intera comunicazione visiva legata alla mostra. Il progetto artcontainer nasce dalla collaborazione tra Niederstätter e gli artisti contemporanei con l’obiettivo di realizzare interventi artistici destinati a edifici modulari, pensati sia per l’uso pubblico che privato. L’installazione I WISH YOU… di Wil-ma Kammerer verrà esposta nello spazio Thetis all’Arsenale per tutta la durata della Biennale Architettura di Venezia 2025.
Der Transport der Ausstellung von Südtirol nach Venedig erfolgte auf ungewöhnliche Weise – in einem „artcontainer“, den die Künstlerin Wil-ma Kammerer eigens im Auftrag des Unternehmens Niederstätter gestaltet hat. Das Werk mit dem Titel I WISH YOU… besteht aus gestapelten, schwarzen Containern mit weißen Wolkenmotiven und Punkten, Symbole für den Wandel vom Unbestimmten zum Konkreten. Diese poetische Bildsprache wird auch zum Leitmotiv der gesamten Kommunikation rund um die Ausstellung. Im Rahmen des Projektes artcontainer arbeitet die Niederstätter AG mit zeitgenössischen Künstler*innen an der Realisierung von Kunstprojekten für modulare Gebäude, sowohl für den öffentlichen als auch für den privaten Gebrauch. Die Installation I WISH YOU… von Wil-ma Kammerer wird während der gesamten Laufzeit der Architekturbiennale Venedig 2025 auf dem Areal des Spazio Thetis im Arsenale zu sehen sein.
